Ordine is interior design project management software for renovations and remodels. It holds everything that was agreed, ordered and built on a project in one place — from the first measurement to the final walkthrough. It is not a drawing tool and it is not an accounting program; it is the place where a project leaves a trace you can still read three months later.

Ordine connects tasks, checklists, orders and the schedule in one project overview. You can review suppliers, agreements and next steps on your phone on site, too. Keep using spreadsheets for your calculations; Ordine supports day-to-day project management.

A project goes through three phases and each has its own color. Drawing (green) is the site visit, the measurement, the drawing and the client's approval. Ordering (blue) is the supplier orders, the payments and the delivery dates. Execution (dark red) is the installation, the contractor visits and the closeout. The Ordine mark carries the same three colors — a closed circle means a finished project.

No. Use the phases that fit your work: an architect can manage design and approvals, a contractor orders and execution, and a studio the complete project. All phases are already part of the program.

Above all interior design studios that run complete renovations. After them architects who also take on the build. Then turnkey renovation contractors — building firms that take on an apartment or a house complete. And finally furniture showrooms and cabinetmakers who, alongside the furniture, also coordinate the electrical, plumbing, painting and other contractors.

It depends on what you take on. If you only sell or make furniture and install it, Ordine will be more than you need. If you promise the client a finished room — so you also run the measuring, the delivery, the electrician, the plumber, the painter and the suppliers — then it was written for you.

The first part: measurements, drawings, options and client approvals, with a record of what was agreed when and who approved what. If you later take on supervision of the build as well, you switch on the other two parts without moving any data.

The second and third parts: orders, suppliers, subcontractor visits and closeout. If you have a designer in the firm, the first part is added and the project runs from the drawing to the report in the same file.

The license carries a number of seats, and a seat is taken by whoever logs hours or starts the stopwatch. Contacts for contractors and suppliers are not counted and can be unlimited. At launch one seat is sold; further seats come later.

Every task knows which phase it belongs to and who is carrying it. Open a project and you see where it stands — without digging through messages.

A separate list that shows only what is live right now — across every project at once. Instead of opening them one after another, you see in one place what is on you today.

Yes. A task with a deadline is a marker on one day; a task with a start and a duration is a bar. You see the installation as a band across the week and the contractor visits one under another — and you notice at once if two contractors are on site the same day.

Every task has its own list of steps, which you check off as they are done. It works on the phone too, with gloves on, on site.

There is a ready-made site-visit checklist you work through on a phone or tablet: what to measure, what to check, what to ask the client and what to photograph, with room for a note on each point. The checklist supports systematic checks and shows what is recorded and what still needs attention. Ordine is not a drawing tool — your dimensioned drawings stay in your CAD program.

Not as a separate parts list or FF&E specification — keep that where you build it today. Ordine keeps orders by supplier — hardware, stone, lighting, tile — each with its own steps and dates, from the supplier's quote to delivery on site. You can see which order has not arrived yet and is holding up the installation.

No. Keep designing in your CAD and 3D tools — SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or whatever you use. Ordine manages everything around the design: site visits, client approvals, orders, contractors, hours and closeout.

Each order keeps the supplier, delivery date and status. Hardware, stone, lighting and tile are linked to the project, so the details are on hand the next time you talk to the supplier.

Yes, and contacts can be unlimited — they do not count toward license seats. Each one carries a slot and a note of what has to be ready before they arrive.

Yes, with a stopwatch or manual entry. Review time by task, project and person, and use it when planning work and pricing your next proposal.

The final task of a job carries the punch list as a checklist, with a deadline to clear it — you check items off until the project is closed. The project status can be copied as text and sent to the client. Ordine does not produce a signed closeout document; if you use one, it stays in your own template.

They stay in the archive. When they call in two years about the same kitchen, you have the measurement notes, the orders and the suppliers on hand.

On a phone, a tablet and a computer — it runs in the browser and installs as an app. The same file everywhere, on up to twelve devices.

In your device's storage and in your own Dropbox folder. We have no data server, so no project passes through one and we never see it either.

Dropbox syncs the file between your devices and is at the same time the only copy outside the device. How many older versions of the file it keeps depends on your own Dropbox plan. You sign up for the account yourself and it is not included in the price of the program.

Not for working. The program installs as an app and runs offline — in the studio, in a basement, on site. The license does not need activating online either. You only need a connection when you want the file to sync between devices.

Yes, and export always works — including after the license expires. A license unlocks the program, not your data.

No. Ordine runs the project — tasks, measurements, orders, deadlines, hours and closeout. Invoicing, VAT and bookkeeping stay in your accounting software; Ordine works alongside it.

A modern browser with working local storage. For syncing between devices you need your own Dropbox account, which is not included in the price and is not under our control. The program shows what has been entered — it is not a notification system. Recovery of data is not guaranteed, because a server, a network, the electricity, the browser and the operating system all sit in between.

No. You buy a period and nothing renews by itself — no card is charged on its own. At launch there is a three-month license; an annual one follows later.

Three months at launch, twelve later on. Renew before it runs out and you pay less, and the new period is added to the end of the current one — so paid days are not lost.

You get a warning before it expires, and after it six days of grace, during which the program works entirely as normal. Only then does it stop accepting new entries. Projects, hours and documents stay visible and export goes on working. Nothing is locked and nothing is deleted.

The price is not set yet and we do not want to announce one before it is. Sign up for early access — we will let you know when it is set, and that list has priority when ordering, at the early price.

The program is in preparation. We are not announcing a date yet, because it would be a promise we cannot guarantee for now. Anyone on the early access list hears first.

At launch, Ordine is sold directly by ProAmbient d.o.o. (Slovenia) to businesses in the European Union. You receive an invoice and pay by bank transfer. Companies in another EU country with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge rules; Slovenian companies pay Slovenian VAT. Card payment may be added later.

The program is available in English and Slovenian. The website is available in English, Italian and Slovenian.

You leave your email address and reserve a place. You pay nothing now and commit to nothing. When Ordine is released you are among the first who can order, and the early price applies. The sign-up counts only once you click the link in the confirmation email.

Every message carries an unsubscribe link, which works at once and without explanation. The address is deleted from the list when you click it. You can also simply write to us and we will take care of it.

We developed Ordine in an interior design studio in Nova Gorica, Slovenia, with 26 years of experience bringing design, ordering and execution together. We use the program on our own projects and develop it alongside our work in the studio and on site.
