Legal notice

Privacy policy

Applies to the early-access sign-up. Ordine is not on sale yet, so for now this policy covers only the collection of e-mail addresses on this site. When sales begin, we will extend it to buyers, payments and use of the program.

Last changed: 8 September 2026.

1. Who processes the data

The data controller is ProAmbient d.o.o., Vojkova cesta 103A, 5000 Nova Gorica, Slovenia — the company that runs this website and the Ordine.Studio brand. For any question about privacy and to exercise your rights, write to the e-mail address given on the home page under Questions, or to the postal address above.

We do not appoint a data protection officer, because under ZVOP-2 one is not required for the scope and nature of this processing.

2. What data is collected

Only what the sign-up cannot be carried out without:

DataWhy
E-mail addressSo that we can send you notice of the release.
Date and time of the sign-up and of the confirmationProof of consent, as GDPR requires.
Source of the sign-up (e.g. ordine.studio/en)So that we know which page the sign-up came from.
Browser language (e.g. de-DE)So that we write to you in the right language and know which markets the interest is coming from. The browser setting is read, not the IP address — we do not locate the individual.
Hashed value of the IP addressIrreversible, used solely to limit abuse of the form. We do not keep the IP address.

We do not collect first name, surname, telephone, address or company details. This page uses no cookies and has no trackers or third-party scripts; we host the fonts ourselves, so a visit connects to no third-party server.

3. Lawful basis and double opt-in

The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The tick box in the form is empty and we do not tick it for you.

We use double opt-in: after the form is submitted we send you one message with a confirmation link. Until you click that link, we do not add you to the list and we do not write to you. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted (see point 5).

4. What we use the address for

Solely for notices about the Ordine program: a message at release, notice of the early price and an occasional message when there is something genuinely new. We do not sell, pass on or exchange the address with anyone and we do not use it for anything else.

5. How long we keep it

  • Confirmed sign-ups: until you withdraw consent or until we close the list. If the list lies idle for two years, we delete it.
  • Unconfirmed sign-ups: 30 days at most, then they are deleted.
  • Record of an unsubscribe: after you unsubscribe we delete the e-mail address; all that remains is a record that the unsubscribe was carried out, without the address.
  • Records for limiting abuse: one hour.

6. Unsubscribing

Every message contains an unsubscribe link that works at once and without explanation. Unsubscribing is automatic — your address is deleted from the list when you click. You can also simply write to us and we will deal with the unsubscribe ourselves.

7. Who has access

The list is stored on the server that hosts the website, in a folder that is not accessible from a browser. Only we have access.

To send the messages we may use an e-mail list service provider established in the European Union. In that case the provider will be a processor under Article 28 GDPR, we will conclude a data processing agreement with it, and this policy will be supplemented with its name before any address is passed to it.

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Send your request to our address; we reply within one month at the latest. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

9. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

10. Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change is material — a new processor or a new purpose of processing, for example — we will tell you by e-mail before it takes effect.
