Ordine.Studio

One step at a time. Everything in order. Passo per passo, tutto in ordine.

Interior design project management software — for designers and architects who deliver turnkey renovations

The whole renovation in one place
— from first drawing to handover.

One house renovation can be 300 tasks, more than ten trades and just as many suppliers. Ordine keeps them in order: drawings and client sign-offs, measurements, bills of materials, orders, trade scheduling, hours and the handover report. On your phone on site, on your computer in the studio.

  • All three phases of the job
  • No subscription
  • Works offline
  • Your data stays yours
  • 26 years on site

Free, no obligation. Reserve a place now and you order first — at the early price.

Ten seconds

Studio, site, phone — one project.

Atmosphere, not a screen recording — the project and names shown are invented.
Who it is for

Three parts. You take the ones you actually do.

Drawing · ordering · execution. Run a whole renovation and you use all three; draw only, or build only, and you use yours — the program does not argue with you.

01

Interior design studios running complete renovations

From the first site visit and drawing to the last snag on the list. You are handling the client, the trades and the suppliers at once — that is exactly what Ordine was written for.

All three parts.

02

Architects who also deliver

Design, client approvals and supervision on site, in one file. If you do not take on the build, you use the first part only — drawings, measurements and approvals.

All three parts, or just the first.

03

Turnkey renovation contractors

Firms that take on a flat or a house complete. Orders, suppliers, subcontractor scheduling and handover. If you have a designer in-house, add the first part.

Parts two and three, all three if needed.

04

Furniture showrooms and joiners fitting complete interiors

Showrooms that also measure, deliver and install, and joiners who run services, decorating and trades alongside the furniture — anyone who promises the client a finished room, not just a cabinet.

Parts two and three; the first when you draw yourself.

What is inside

What interior design project management software actually has to do.

Tasks

Sorted into three phases

Every task knows which phase it belongs to and who is carrying it. Open a project and you see where it stands.

Up next

What is on you today

A separate list shows only what is live right now — across every project at once.

Schedule

Dates and durations

A task with a deadline is a marker on one day; a task with a start and a duration is a bar. You see the installation as a band across the week.

Checklist

Nothing gets skipped

Every task carries its own checklist. Tick it off when it is done — on the phone too, with gloves on.

Measurements

In millimetres, against the item

Entered where you take them. No copying from a notebook, no "what did it say again".

Bill of materials

Material, edging, hardware

Item by item, with suppliers and expected arrivals. You can see what has not landed yet.

Orders

Who, when, how much

Hardware, stone, lighting, tiles. An order with a date and a status, not a call to the supplier from memory.

Trades

Unlimited trades

Electrician, plumber, painter, stonemason. Contacts, slots, and what has to be ready before they arrive.

Hours

Stopwatch and manual entry

How much went into the job and onto whom. The basis for your next quote instead of a guess.

Handover

Handover report with snags

The list, the deadline to clear it, the project closed. A sheet the client signs without an argument.

Archive

Finished projects stay

In two years they call about the same kitchen — and you have the measurements, the bill of materials and the suppliers to hand.

Devices

Phone, tablet, computer

Installs as an app. The same file everywhere, on up to twelve devices.

Three steps

Draw, order, build — and the circle closes.

Each phase has its colour, the same one in the list, on the schedule and in the mark. A closed circle means a finished project.

01 · DRAWING

Visit, measure, draw, approve

Client, property, rooms. Measurements on site, an option, an approval. Changes stay on the record, so a month later it is clear what was agreed.

02 · ORDERING

Bill of materials, suppliers, dates

Material, hardware, lighting, stone, tiles. What is ordered, when it is promised, what is still missing before installation.

03 · EXECUTION

Trades, installation, handover

Subcontractor slots, what has to be on the van, the crew. At the end, a handover report with snags and a date to clear them.

Why

Until now this lived in five different places.

The quote in Word, the measurements in a notebook, the bill of materials in Excel, the trade dates in your head, the agreement with the client in a text message. When something slips, nobody can say where the slip started.

Ordine does not change the order you work in. It only makes sure every step leaves a trace you can still read three months later.

  • Measurements on paper from the vanMeasurements against the item, in millimetres
  • A quote nobody can findAll of it with the project

What makes it different

Three reasons this is a different kind of deal.

  1. You buy a period, not a commitment

Nothing renews by itself and no card is charged on its own. At launch there is a three-month licence; once you have decided, an annual one too. Renew before it runs out and you pay less — and the new period is added to the end of the current one, so paid days are never lost.

  2. Your data is yours and stays yours

Projects live in your device's storage and in your own Dropbox folder. No project ever passes through our server, because we do not have one. Export always works — including after the licence expires. A licence unlocks the program, not your data.

  3. It works where you work

In a basement, on a building site, in a new build with no signal. It installs as an app and runs offline; when the connection is back, the file syncs across your devices. The licence does not need activating online either.

26 years on site

Every item in this program was once late somewhere.

Ordine did not come out of a software company. It grew inside a studio that has been running renovations for 26 years — because somebody had to write down when the stone was coming and who promised the socket above the worktop. Everything in it once slipped through someone’s fingers.

So there is nothing in it that only looks good in a demo. There is everything that has already gone wrong on a real job — and that is a difference you feel on your third renovation, not your first.

Frequently asked

What people ask first.

Do I have to use all three parts?
No. The program is built from three parts — drawing, ordering, execution. An architect who only designs works in the first; a turnkey renovation contractor in the second and third; an interior design studio running the complete job, in all three. Nothing has to be switched on.
How many people can work on a project?
The licence carries a number of seats, and a seat is taken by whoever logs hours or starts the stopwatch. Contacts for trades and suppliers are not counted and can be unlimited. At launch one seat is sold; more will follow.
Where is my data?
In your device's storage and in your own Dropbox folder. There is no data server of ours, so no project passes through one and we never see it. Export always works — including after the licence expires.
Do I need an internet connection?
Not for working. The program installs as an app and runs offline — in the studio, in a basement, in a new build with no signal. A connection is only needed for syncing between devices. The licence does not need activating online either.
How does Dropbox fit in?
Dropbox syncs between your devices and is at the same time the only copy outside this device. How much version history you keep is set by your own Dropbox plan — it is your account, not ours.
Is this a subscription?
No. You buy a period and nothing renews by itself. At launch there is a three-month licence; an annual one follows. Renew before it runs out and you pay less, and the new period is added to the end of the current one.
When is it out and what will it cost?
The program is in preparation. The price is not set and we do not want to announce one before it is. Leave your e-mail address and you will hear when it is known — one message, not a campaign.
