• The client's decision on the right task. Handleless fronts with a brushed stainless grip profile, electric touch-open drawers (Blum Servo-Drive) — approved with the date, on the kitchen task.
• An appliance order at a glance. BORA cooktop with integrated extraction, Gaggenau steam oven: supplier, delivery date and payments kept separately; the electrician's prep as its own task.
• A bathroom, step by step. Microcement — substrate, curing, sealer — then rose gold PVD fittings; each step with the contractor's visit on the schedule.
• A series of 24 hotel rooms. Copy one proven checklist into each room’s task, adjust the details, and check every room on its own — through closeout.
